About Us

Welcome to Women in Automation — where working women upskill, lead, and redefine the future.

At Women in Automation, we believe women belong at the forefront of AI and digital transformation.
We focus on empowering professional women who are already making an impact in their industries — women who are ready to expand their skills, amplify their influence, and thrive in an era shaped by automation and innovation.

Our community exists to empower, support, and connect women committed to mastering new technologies, building future-proof careers, and leading in spaces where women have historically been underrepresented.

Through corporate partnerships, hands-on training, networking opportunities, and high-impact events, Women in Automation helps organizations retain, invest in, and elevate their top female talent.

The result?

Companies drive innovation, retain institutional knowledge, and unlock measurable financial gains — while women accelerate their professional journeys and claim their place at the forefront of the future of work.

At Women in Automation, we don’t just adapt to the future — we create it.

About Our Team

Cassidy Reid — Founder, Women in Automation

Cassidy Reid knows firsthand the power of technology — and the cost of excluding women from shaping it.

With over a decade of leadership in Intelligent Automation, Cassidy has helped global Fortune 500 companies generate over $100 million in business value by building smart, strategic automation programs.
She’s built her career at the intersection of technology and business — often as one of the few women in the room — and she knows how transformational it is when women are empowered with the right tools and opportunities.

Driven by a passion for both innovation and inclusion, Cassidy founded Women in Automation with a clear mission:
to equip professional women with the skills, community, and confidence they need to lead in the age of automation.

Cassidy believes companies don’t need to replace their teams to stay competitive — they need to invest in the women already driving their success.

Through Women in Automation, she’s building a future where women are not only participating in technological change — they're leading it.

Lesya Pishchevskaya — Head of Marketing & PR

Lesya Pishchevskaya is a marketer, leader, and innovator who turns bold, creative ideas into data-driven strategies powered by analytics and AI — building stronger brands, smarter campaigns, and scalable growth engines.

With over 15 years of experience spanning startups, global enterprises, and agency leadership, including Google, Meta, and RingCentral, Lesya has built her career at the intersection of creativity and intelligence. She’s led cross-functional teams on go-to-market strategies, lifecycle marketing, and growth initiatives — always connecting vision with execution and storytelling with data.

As the Founder and CEO of Spark25, a full-stack digital marketing agency and fractional CMO consultancy, and Head of Marketing at Women in Automation, she champions a future where AI enhances human creativity rather than replaces it.

A Ukrainian-born leader who spent two decades building her career in the U.S., Lesya is passionate about empowering women, immigrants, and young professionals to lead with confidence, curiosity, and purpose.

Through her work, she’s helping shape a vision for marketing and technology to evolve together — guided by authenticity, inclusion, and imagination.
